Read books at all times been an honor, a man who has read a lot of books, it is considered in a society educated and intelligent, it is always interesting to talk with him, he can keep up the conversation. In our time, people read much less than read people even 30 years ago, the population becomes uneducated. Of course, there are people who read a lot of books, but very small percentage.
Among teenagers getting popular to read no classic literature, and many children read articles on the Internet, comics or read many contemporary foreign writers, the stories of teenagers and adventures, became a popular genre of fantasy and a fantasy.
Now it's much more popular e-books. Their advantage over traditional books is that they do not take up much space (depending on the size of the mobile device) and they are much cheaper, and some can be download for free.
As for me, I like to read books in the fantasy genre, such as "The Hobbit" by J.Tolkin.

Books still popular with teenagers, because if you siting all day by the computer, your eyes will be in pain, and reading books is sort of a rest. I like reading books about adventures such as books about Indiana jones, I read every book about him and I will read more if I can. Teenagers prefer reading e- books, because they are mobile, and you can read it anywhere but they are bad for your vision. So everyone need read more paper book.

Reading is still popular among teenagers. Many of my friends as soon as they have free time, immediately start to read. Some of them are doing it because they just need to prepare for the exam, other in books they find long answers to the questions they were interested, others are moving away from problems.
I also love to read, although does not do it all day long. But what I like to read? This is a complex issue. I'm interested in any fiction because I'm fascinated by how one man could think of the whole world. And not just to think but also to tell about it to your readers. I love nonfiction. What could be more interesting? From there we can learn so much! Sometimes it may even be what we never thought! And finally, journalism, it can also be exciting – the main thing is to find the event which will be fun to read.
Now, many people prefer paper books to e-books. Honestly, I don't understand them. Yes, this is useful on a single media it is possible to upload a lot of books. And wear them not so hard. But paper books are better! Reading them, you can smell the pages or ink. You can do some fixes, to make your adjustments – it's worth it. And probably most importantly(although this does not apply to scientific literature) do you feel the author. I don't know how, but I know what he wanted to say exactly these words, guess its the thoughts that arose in his mind when he wrote the work, with the e-book it will not work.

Contemporary life is impossible without reading. The influence of literature on people's mind is great. Regular reading enriches your knowledge of the world and helps to form your entire personality. If a book appeals to you, it arouses lots of feelings and emotions in your heart. If you take to reading, the world of other people's ideas and problems becomes familiar to you. The process of reading demands much thinking on the part of the reader because reading exists not only for entertainment. When you are taken away by a thrilling plot and by author's vivid imagination or by his humorous remarks or by the way he portrays people, you can't help reading the book from cover to cover, when the life of a literary character is similar to yours, you take described events close to heart. If you feel that you lack information, knowledge, and words to express your opinions - read more! Thanks to books we can talk to people who lived in different countries and ages. A book is one of the greatest wonders of the world. It gives you a unique chance to link up with authors who lived hundreds and thousands years ago. The book is a faithful and undemanding friend. It can be put aside and taken up again at any moment. Read more and you'll never be bored!
